The DYFH Challenge with Julia and Alexander has been a very insightful journey and a beautiful way to connect with mind liked people. The huge amount of knowledge that Julia supplied us with was astonishing. The best part of the course was that all the information didn’t stay in the theory. We had lots of tasks to make it practical and integrate it into our own ways. The Challenge went by so quickly and it felt like meeting up with friends, being reminded of our inner power and a practice ground to manifest what we truly want. Thank you so much.

The DYFH Challenge was an eye opener for me in terms of my self-empowerment. Julia and Alex managed to create a " wide arc" over a multitude of physical, mental and spiritual practices, to make an overall comprehensible and coherent story out of it and at the same time to convey many practical tools and methods that bring one into action. The challenge absolutely supported me in finding out what is right for me and how I can empower myself in everyday life to take good care of myself and my various bodies. Their approach encourages finding "one's way" in the abundance of possible solutions. What a great journey!

I started the DYFH Challenge from a very desperate situation but had no concrete idea what to expect. What I got was a 10 week long resource program, which taught me a lot about self-awareness, grace & humbleness. During this time I felt so well guided - not overwhelmed with information but rather lovingly offered different techniques, rituals, wisdoms and exercises to try and play with. A lot of them are now integrated into my daily life, and some were passed on from me to spread across the world. If you are curious about what life has to offer and how much of that actually already lies within YOUR OWN HANDS then this course is for you!

The DYFH Challenge ist not just another Online-programme with a fixed regimen that promises you 'hapiness and ease', just because someone experienced that before through a specific practice or routine. It is way more - a deep dive into your essence and all the parts that make you you and offers a wide bundle of tools, ideas and stories to inspire you becoming more and more of you, landing more and more inside yourself.

The DYFH challenge is indeed challenging. I, as a participant, was guided through a process of challenging each and every conviction that had been governing my life thus far. The challenge provided me with a clearer outlook on life and with clear-cut practices that have helped me get my life in order. The course made it very clear that we are the masters of our own lives. There is nobody who can save us but ourselves. The good news is: because the power of your own positive thoughts combined with the power of discipline to act on them is what can and will transform your entire life. Bit by bit, you will feel less like a victim of circumstance and more in charge as the director of all the parts that make up you as a human being. Thanks so much for the great opportunity to be a part of this first DYFH Challenge!

Everything I have implemented for myself from the comprehensive and beautiful course works in me and makes a difference since then, every day.

For me, the Challenge was a journey to myself. In the beginning, I had no idea where I was going and what kind of equipment I would need. Julia and Alexander provided me with everything I needed in the Challenge to start my journey to myself. There was always so much passion, energy and love that I was able to participate in the entire trainings camp with joy and curiosity. Thank you for the luminous implementation of this challenge. The insights help me to flow better through life, to celebrate living and to go into the day with a new perspective. I hope many more will take this challenge and become part of a loving "butterfly swarm" for the world.
